This is why our new program ‘ARISTA SAFE & SOUND STAY’ goes beyond the already stringent quality controls and health measures already in place.

We have now added additional protocols and guaranteed cleanliness standards to ensure heightened health and safety measures for our guests. We have created the program because we really do care about you. Your wellbeing is our top priority and we want to ensure you enjoy your stay 100% at any of our hotels without worry.

Public Spaces

Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.

CASHLESS PAYMENT OPTION

Cashless payment processes are encouraged. To reduce direct contact with guest, lobby population and front desk queue is encourage, where feasible.

GUEST ROOM

In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. And we will be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use.

AUTOMATIC HANDSANITIZER

Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks, our elevator, in every corridor each floors, wellness center, restaurants and meeting spaces. use.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We will be adding partitions at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our associates. use.

NEW CLEANING TECHNOLOGY

We are rolling out enhanced technologies including electrostatic sprayers to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel. We are also testing ultraviolet light technology for sanitizing guest keys and devices shared by associates.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE
We have extended check-in times between guests and, for those queuing, there are standing signs to indicate physical distancing, no-contact procedures with digitalize easy checkin, your Room Key has been sterilized with UV Sterilizer.

PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT & STAFF PROTOCOL
Every staff member in our hotel is required to wear a mask at all times. Goggles and gloves are also required by staff members in certain positions in the hotel. Staff members have their temperature checked upon arriving at work. Any staff member with a temperature above 37.5°, cough or runny nose, will be immediately sent to seek medical attention.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING & PUBLIC AREAS
We believe that you can still have a wonderful experience at our resorts while adhering to physical distancing rules. Staff members and guests not travelling together are asked to respectfully stay 1.5 metres from each other. These rules apply for public areas within The Arista Hotel Palembang.
In some of our hotels, we will be limiting the capacity of hotel facilities to ensure physical distancing is possible. Public areas will also be thoroughly sanitized to ensure there is no transmission of illness between guests who are socially distanced.

ROOM CLEANLINESS
We have introduced disinfectants to our daily cleaning regime, which is now extended with a specific list of high-contact areas and triple-check cleaning system. Air conditioners and filters will be cleaned and disinfected following the departure of each guest.

WELLNESS CENTER AREA
Our swimming pool areas are also cleaned to the highest standard to ensure your safety. Physical distancing rules apply in the pool and beach areas and loungers are set up at least 1.5 metres apart except for guests in the same party. Our Wellnes Center & Swimming Pool only can be used by inhouse guest & official wellnes membership

DINING
Strict hand-washing and sterilizing protocols are adhered to by all of our serving staff. This includes a thorough cleaning of tables and chairs in between guests, Digitalize menu accessible with QR code, and servers wearing masks & gloves at all time
